The Exhibitor Showcase will be located in the Desmond's King Street Courtyard, located directly across from the general session room. All exhibitors are invited to join Symposium attendees and guests at the closing reception.
Exhibitor Package includes:
- Recognition on the event website
- Symposium attendee list
- Invitation to continental breakfast, sit-down lunch, and afternoon reception
- One six foot skirted table (with power outlet) located in the King Street Courtyard directly outside of the Symposium meeting room with two chairs, and an exhibitor sign
Exhibitor Financials:
The exhibitor fees for the symposium — Premium table: $1500 / Standard table: $1000

Exhibitor spaces are very limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
