The NYISO Governance is comprised of three standing committees: the Management Committee (MC), the Business Issues Committee (BIC), and the Operating Committee (OC). Each committee oversees its own set of working groups and/or subcommittees, and has a scope of responsibilities as defined in the ISO Agreement.
