The Billing Issues Report is divided into three sections: (1) Billing Issues whose resolutions are still pending; (2) Billing Issues that have resolutions, but are awaiting adjustment through the billing cycle; and (3) a comprehensive list of Final Bill Challenges. The report is updated the first business day of each week and provides a description of the issue(s), the periods affected, the market sectors impacted, estimated financial impacts, the nature/affect of those that are exposed to costs resulting from the issues(s)’ resolution and those that will benefit, and statuses of the issues(s)’ resolution.
