-ICAP AMS Enhancements Delivering In-City Buyer-Side Mitigation - Link to Webex - June 19, 2009 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Purpose of course is to familiarize participants with the features of the Buyer-Side Mitigation. Deployment of the feature occurred on June 9, 2009.

DSS XI R2 Intermediate Workshop
    Course Description
The DSS Intermediate Workshop trains users on how to create custom reports using NYISO settlement related data, warehoused in a Business Objects software environment. The target audience for this workshop is anyone who is involved in a settlement reporting, reconciliation, or analysis type process with their organization.

The workshop is held at a NYISO facility.

Training laptops are provided for a full day of hands-on learning.

A pre-requisite to this workshop is the ‘Introduction to DSS’ – Narrated Online Presentations, Sessions 1 – 4. This online introductory course can be located on the NYISO Website at www.nyiso.com

Note, both breakfast and lunch is provided.

Registration is on a "first come, first serve" basis and the course is limited to 12 participants.

New York Market Orientation Course (NYMOC)
    Course Description
This program exposes market participants to the primary aspects of NYISO's operation. It addresses practical issues involved in bidding for services within the markets and is presented by those familiar with the details involved for participation in the New York wholesale electric market.

NYISO Market Overview-101
    Course Description
This one-day course is an introduction to the NYISO markets and its products. It is designed for beginners and is intended to provide participants a basic understanding of the NYISO functions, programs and services. The course serves as an introduction to the NYISO training curriculum and will give participants an overview of the topics in order to determine what additional training courses are desired.
