| Course Description |

This one day Market Overview Course provides an overview of the NYISO markets. This course
is for anyone that requires a basic knowledge of the NYISO markets and function.
The purpose of the course is to provide participants a basic understanding of the NYISO function,
Governance, Power Systems, Two Settlement Process, Locational Based Marginal Pricing, Virtual Training,
Ancillary Services, Capacity Market, Demand Response, Transmission Congestion Contracts,
Transmission Charges, and Transactions.

| Billing and Accounting Seminar |

| Course Description |
|
The NYISO has scheduled a two-day Billing and Accounting Seminar
for Monday and Tuesday, September 22-23, 2008 to help Market Participants
reconcile the NYISO billing statements. Both days are stand-alone in that
you can attend either or both.
The workshop is targeted to specific markets with the first day
offering an overview of Generator Settlements and the
second day providing an overview of Load Serving Entities and Transmission customers.

There is a $200 per day charge to attend these training sessions.
All sessions will be at the NYISO Conference Center on Krey Boulevard.
