ALBANY TIMES UNION | NYISO names new president, CEO

The New York Independent System Operator, which oversees the state's power system to maintain its reliability, has named Richard J. Dewey its new president and CEO. Dewey, currently executive vice president, succeeds Robert E. Fernandez, who filled the posts on an interim basis since last October.
