NYISO Tariffs
The most recent update to these tariffs reflects the Commission Order issued on January 23, 2020, accepting proposed tariff revisions filed on June 27, 2019, in Docket No. ER19-2276 et al., and the Commission Order issued on April 15, 2024 accepting proposed tariff revisions filed on June 1, 2023 in Docket No. ER23-2040-000 et al., effective April 16, 2024, comprising the NYISO's DER and Aggregation Participation Model.
