While the NYISO has begun integrating the Champlain Hudson Power Express Merchant Transmission Facility (CHPE MTF) into its market software and systems, the line has not entered service yet and is not available for bidding or scheduling. The NYISO will provide notice to all stakeholders in advance of the CHPE MTF being made available to schedule Import transactions in the NYISO’s Energy market.
